Middle management staff is above 60 years old (Pensioner) about 80% is not working properly only bad politics, no new technology & New idea adopting only time passing. New comer staff facing lot of problems. After 6 month to 1 year working then you are eligible on roll in Register your name. I was joined month of June 2017 But my Roll in Register name after 6 Month in January 2018.

I was working as a HR Manager about 10 month. Due to my father BARSI I went home town and after completion my Leave come back Gate security staff informed me you are Restricted without any valid reason.

The only thing that i like about this company is it's wide range of lines running making it a great platform to learn.

What i dislike about this plant is it's work culture and bonus policy . Along with that there is no job security

I have learned a lot about safety in food and beverages and I always want to learn more. The safety culture is very good in the documents but the safety culture in the field is not correct.

1. Here the salary of the workers is not increased, in my safety department the salary has not been increased for 3.5 years which is very wrong, there should have been 8.5 percent increase in salary every year. 2. Here the focus is only on safety in audit
