I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I have learned a lot about safety in food and beverages and I always want to learn more. The safety culture is very good in the documents but the safety culture in the field is not correct.

1. Here the salary of the workers is not increased, in my safety department the salary has not been increased for 3.5 years which is very wrong, there should have been 8.5 percent increase in salary every year. 2. Here the focus is only on safety in audit
