No doubt company is excellent for work.fooding and accommodation is average.some site senior staff likes manager cooperative with junior staffs

Dislikes

Increment of company is very nice but site manager increament the staffs to see the face who are manager's people at Munger site.they are not see which staff have technical and non technical.they are increament to non technical staffs 15 to 20 percentage but technical staff have 5 to 9 percentage.so how a technical staffs satisfied.please HO investigation this matter
