Horrible Manager for the East Region. Threatening from the third month of joining..... Two other team members at the Kolkata office are the main root cause of all the negativity in office, one of them is still a bit helpful and for the other one everything is alright according to the manager like he can enter office whenver he wants to n all... but all three of them will try everything possible to make your life hell at the Kolkata office. Don't even think of joining the Kolkata office or even the brand in particular. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
