The lab management is very good. Laboratory employees coordinate very well with their trainees and all department are available a good lab to learn lab techniques for technicians

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is cafeteria for chilling.company policies are good

Salary is decent but carreer growth slow.There is a bond of 15 days before which you cannot resign.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.l learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.
