> The management is poor.
Sharing an incident which I faced, I hope it helps someone to be careful & take a stand:
The manager (from mechanical background) forces to go out with him to play sports during office hours & on weekends as well. The main reason being to divid the booking fair.
Due to this we'll have very less personal time.
> Unprofessional attitude, personal comments.
> There is no exit link to submit the resignation. You can't get your resignation auto approved. You have to wait for the manager to response. That's when the manager makes deal that in the exit interview only postive feedback should be given to him.
> Most of the Hiring are based on native language & diversity is less.
> Forces to work on Saturday's & Sunday's, compels that If someone asks we have to mention that we are working on our own interest.
I would suggest to notice these points if you join the same team & take action within a first 2 months....Read More

It’s legacy company with great technology but work culture is so toxic and mental pressure from supervisor and team mates this should be changed
Dislikes
Please change supervisor power so that employee gets freedom to explore the work it’s such dominating and no action taken towards any concern by employee under the team lot of discrimination and comparing with in team members which demotivates the person needs lot of management changes
