Very poor company...they appoint diploma holder only for labour work.

Dislikes

No respect for your qualifications...Just you are a labour and you have to work..Nothing else. 10th passed workers are there and they are seniors and line leaders. They have contracting with students only for 2 years then they removed you. Job is not secure. Just playing with your talent and qualification.

It was wonderful company but now culture is getting worst 1.Management is not good and no support for training Employees, corporate not taking care of down line employees only they provide 2yrs training and after two year they removed...their is no confirmed at Molex 2.Molex security guard bad behaviour for contractor operator's 3.Non working persons also getting benifits 4.Work pressure and No proper team Guidance 5.There are some line leader's & supervisor's behaviors are very worst they don't know how to trained to operator Behaviour 6.They change the rules from month to month...Read More

Molex is one of the best company in Bengaluru City it provides sefty for 1st priority for employees and good work good salary on time

Dislikes

I don't like only thing in Molex Bengaluru. They are don't giving the employment for permanent only hire it for one to two years as employees wish
