Good HR team Good salary Rotational shifts Good health benefits Good for Contract labours and trainees (based on salary and easy work load ) First preference only for permanent employees

Canteen food is not good & cab facilities only for selected areas No job security (company hiring diploma candidates for 3years training ) While hiring candidates they will promise about the job like based on your performance and company needs we will give permanent position but since last 5years no permanent given to any operators

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
