1. Job Security Issues will start from day-7 and from day 8 you will be asked to deliver. Now issues is you will be left alone in a wonderland with few angels and more vultures
2. Well you will be made to believe you are a tech driven fair company, but on reality nor they respect suppliers nor customers. Toxicity can be demonetized it you an yes Man
3. They are in a different world, they think they are best with zero coordination or handshake between any departments ( This can be course corrected easily if CEO is back in action )
4. They portray for freshers they are doing a big thing by hiring GET's or MT's but in reality GET's and MT's cannot learn anything except hustle. This is a scam
5. Hustle is a big word if channelised properly, but here hustle is more internal than external
6. You are hired and then you are fired, only organization in India who silently laid off of so many employees without even media knowing about it, thats a true calibre of some God's without making HR's involved in this process
7. Well HR is the only good department but have no clue why people they are hired and then fired in 3 months of joining
8. PIP (Performance Imrpovement Plan) is a myth, its an ATL (Asked to Leave) but yes yout put your resignation yourself for smooth exit and FnF
9. EGO, this is a big word, some Senior members who have no idea that they have not achieved anything before joining Moxlix becomes God of a region or VP , not sure if the God knows the full form of VP he destroyed two regions and grown on back of one customer. They make 2-3 loyal employee you may call it a servant or silent whistleblower and make his region in his own whims and fancies, oh yeah the God dont like if somebody resigns of his own, if he has hired he is the supreme authority to fire. Even employees spent 5 years with God cant have courtsey to have last word with a smile, simply ignore
10. The God can be termed Chamaleon God, he works you on a presentation two hours before a review meeting and during review meeting in front of further higher management, he changes his colour and may ask why you made this mistakes and give gyaan on leadership
11. if any employees leaves the frustrated region, the God Claims it was ex employees mistake, hwoever for last few years the Gods Region Terriroty or even loyal servants have degrown or even dont want to grow so that his own new found love can blossom which is even a failed theory on pen and paper
12. God loves to destroy careers and if he does some favour to somebody he brags about it and if the favoured guy dont accept the favour he is Rakshas.
13. The CEO of the company is good Mr. Garg but he is surrounded by some God's who dont make him know the reality at ground level it is Like BJps Sab Changa hain and Congress not aware what is happening.
14 Moglix HAD once upon a time and still some excellent leaders from varied industries but patience less culture devoids time for action, means you start a project and close it abruptly
15. Review Meetings at NCR can be recipe for disasters for mid management leaders, it is like some Hungry Jackals with pre conceived thoughts shall kill you then and there. ( Also God who keep silence and demotivate you on your face, you are good for nothing)
16. There is another God who is Bald, well be in good books of Bald God otherwise the Headmaster can kick tech, Sales, Supply, CS or Logistics in one word.
17. Amul Butter is cheaper whn bald God Meets one or two regional God's nowadays one god beamce country God, and butter being translucent unable to see that employees are real asset of Moglix not some Demi God who butters him and become big and never takes stand.

20 God with no leadership experience becomes people leader by giving favours, master of manupulation in terms of numbers, hiring and firing and eventually dont know why he hires in first place.
21. God is Supreme, God is Love, but yes there are people who looked up at God for better career, support had to save thhose people from depression in last 6 months.
22. Remember the God who becomes VP even when degrown dont drink smoke or dine with him, he judges you then and there also
23 But Moglix can grow , the supreme CEO has a vision which is not wrong but ont fire inncocent people from bottom, look at the top once....Read More
