Moglix is really bad start up to work with, because the overall company environment is not Supportive, people politics and No Work and Life Balance. The company is full of unskilled employees.

Dislikes

Internal Politics, Work Culture, No Work and Life Balance, No opportunity for those who wants to work here.

Work Details

Any time your manager may ask to do some really impossible tasks, and next moment without even informing you they withdraw the same task. When ask them, they will simply say Leave It.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Employee Benefits

None. No Cafeteria , No WFH, NO FREE FOOD.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
