In the catalog team, you cannot share new ideas your manager will listen to the one he's listening from years. The team leader of catalog team will not let you grow. Even if you share with HR. They'll also not help you out. Except catalog team you can get opportunity for internal movement program as the manager of Catalog team is very rude Full partiality will be seen throughout, except for 2-3 people. (This is not only my experience it's an overall experience) No flexibility in work. Team members of catalog team do not sound professional at all. Not at all growth in this field. Suppose if you start with 20k then it'll take you 3 years for reaching 25k. Very Poor. '0' Growth I would advice people not to join this team. Especially this team.
