Everything is cloud based, nothing is on pen and paper. Basic amenities for every employee is supurb.

Dislikes

Weak Regional Management. Unethical practices are always carried to showcase the acheivements. Top Management are more focused on personal growth, achievements rather than working as a team. Seniors are too much egoistic. Lacks job stability even if a senior manager is over acheiving. All of a sudden people are asked to discontinue(no matter how senior or junior position you hold) Appraisals are just hell....Read More

Good company. Salary on time. HR never ask where are you! Senior's are very friendly.

Dislikes

No one here is problem solving. Technical soundness is poor in senior management team. Vendor selection poor. Incriment bad. Travel policy bad. Started COST CUTTING from Aug'22. As per policy alternative Saturday off, but practically impossible.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
