Good for entry level position. Good learning platform. Due to pure ethical sales promotion, good reputation for company and products among madical fraternity.

Dislikes

At managerial level, lot of admin work most of which is repetitive in nature. Work-life balance is totally lost at managerial level, especially regional manager level. No growth prospects available.

Products are well known to doctors, but the upper management will not giving you any support, they just put fake calls and earning huge incentive, because of them PSR's are also not working at they give big adjustments

Very low TA, DA expenses are very low . You have to pay from your pocket if you are traveling to out station.
