About the Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager E-Commerce (Catalog) who can manage product listings, catalog accuracy, and optimization across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce operations and attention to detail to ensure smooth catalog management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Catalog Management:
a. Oversee product listings across all platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra etc) to ensure they are accurate and updated.
b. Implement basic SEO practices to improve product visibility.
2. Catalog Audit:
a. Conduct regular checks of product listings to identify and fix any discrepancies.
b. Ensure pricing, availability, and product information are correct and consistent.
3. New Launches:
a. Manage product listings for new launches and optimize existing ones.
b. Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure smooth execution.
4. Promotions & Offers:
a. Handle channel-specific promotions and discounts.
b. Work with the Marketing team to align promotional activities.
5. Inventory Coordination:
a. Monitor product listings based on inventory levels.
b. Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to avoid stockouts.
6. Brand Page Management:
a. Maintain and update brand pages across platforms.
b. Ensure content and visuals are aligned with brand guidelines.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination:
a. Work closely with Marketing and E-commerce teams to execute catalog updates.
b. Provide updates to the team on catalog performance.
8. Compliance Monitoring:
a. Ensure listings comply with marketplace guidelines.
b. Address compliance issues promptly to avoid listing suspensions.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in E-commerce Catalog Management (2-4 years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
