My RSM from Guwahati is very Rude and used slangs too while in field work and always give pressure mainly to new joiner employes without any reasons. Getting higher position and enjoying their salary while Dumping stocks in Psr head quaters to save his job while psr is facing problem.

Products are well known to doctors, but the upper management will not giving you any support, they just put fake calls and earning huge incentive, because of them PSR's are also not working at they give big adjustments

Very low TA, DA expenses are very low . You have to pay from your pocket if you are traveling to out station.
