Worst Management and their treatment is terrible with staff. They don't know how to treat staff and how to recognize performing staff. You can't see any management like here. MD Wife will select the candidates and MD will terminate them in a week days with out any mistakes. And that too they will offer half salary or less salary to the selected candidates. Projects are running with junior engineers and engineers, there is no project manager level staff in any of their project which leads poor quality of projects. MD wife Madam will select the staff and MD will terminate the employee without ay proper reason. That's why 365 days interviews is going on in Modi Builders. I joined in this company as a Senior Engineer and I have done a lot of hard work. but there is no value for it and MD Sourabh Modi weekly once visit the site is there any smallmistake he will terminate, if you did not done any mistake in your site you have to take responsibility of any mistake. This is not good and in this pandemic time lot of employee terminated by MD Sourabh Modi .So many families suffered because of him. In any construction company Technical team will lead the project but in this company non technical team will lead this. They don't anything about drawings and how excute the project. They know only politics. one of the worst company in my life. One slab collapsed because of poor management no experience team in that project. so i am suggesting to you please dont attend interview.
