They treat employees like machines. MD feels he knows everything and all are useless. He never listens. He is always on whats up and asks questions every minute. we do not have time to do the work. Always we have to see whats up msgs. One more he is habituated to terminate employees every day/weekly for silly reasons. Their appointment letter also horrible. If we want to leave the company, they require 2 months notice period and no notice period from company side. it is immediate.
