Please don't join in this company there is not job security. Worst company that time waste worst experience that I had in Modi builders .There is no interview in MB only MD wife pranjali will do non technical interview which finishes with in 1-2mins (This company has daily walk-ins means you can understand about your job security) and after you join the company then you will fell like you are sitting on pressure cooker. Weekly once you will have MD 's visit Mr. Sourabh Modi and on his visit you will have face weekly interview every week interview for his worst questions. He him self is not technical ,he himself thinks that he is so smart he doesn't listen to our views we should only follow his instructions we have to inform him every single and simple site issues to him and discuss with him and he himself thinks that he he is so smart and do action like he used his amart brain and cleared the issue. In his visit he will compulsory terminate atleast 1 or 2 employees every week for simple and silly mistakes. There will be no accurate drawings , no curing to brick work and plastering. Please don't keep your family in risk by joining in this company. The only one thing good in this company is Sunday holiday and all govt. Holidays are holyday to the company and salary will be credited compalsary on 5th or 6th of every month....Read More
