It is a proprietorship style of work environment 5. Low paid employees with low morale 6. No guarantee of employment 7. Delayed payment to vendors and employeessalary withheld or threatened by management. 8. No day care for women staff’s new borns 9.Approvals are not given to carry out required works in time but blamed either way. 10.
