Nothing stupid HR , stupid MD he acts as if he is king & Modi is kingdom..they don't have common sense in managing administration simply they will Hire employees & post few weeks they will terminate for minor mistake

1. Unprofessional approach on work 2. Poor quality of materials and service given to customers 3. Neither customers or employees are happy at Modi Builders offering 4. It is a proprietorship style of work environment 5. Low paid employees with low morale 6. No guarantee of employment 7. Delayed payment to vendors and employeessalary withheld or threatened by management. 8. No day care for women staff’s new borns 9.Approvals are not given to carry out required works in time but blamed either way. 10.
