Job security, work culture is bad. Directors and managers don't respect supervisors. Lot of flip flops in decision making by the management, which puts lots of pressure on the supervisors

Initially seemed like an okay place to work

very bad experience working in this organization. The Top management is not people oriented and they do not simply care about the well being of their employees. Extended working hours every day ( more than 14hrs per day) and extreme work pressure, and all this to be done with no expectation of any appreciation. Have to put in hours over the weekend as well<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No job security and lay offs can happen to anyone at anytime</mark>. It does not matter to the management whether you worked very hard and gave in your heart and soul. I have seen even one week and one month hires being laid off, which proves their lack of planning.
