The office is good, you have everything there. HR team was supportive in every possible aspects.

Dislikes

Poor strategy on everything either it's hiring, firing, process building, aligning resources. You can't give your ideas because they prefer to follow the lame process and not to enhance it. Job security is a joke here if you perform with your 100% and give output. They just take call to terminate/force resign.

The culture here is too good, we di have cost cuts like every other start ups but it is never at the cost of employee benefits. The company is people oriented and so are the co founders. You have a great legal and finance team. Some great product managers and also always dynamic.
