Skill development, opportunity for experience people (just take good package and relax) not for freshers

Wfh policy only for people who is close to manager and hr and specially for females. Other people have strict timing if you are late for 10 min they you will get half day. Salary - if you are came as experience then you will get good package (skills not required) If you are fresher then you have more work and less salary which willincrease max 10% after 2 years. Policies - Their policy changes every day. Different for males and females. If you have any family / medical emergency then females will get wfh and male to came office at any circumstances or take leave. Job security - Nothing like this exist. Salary problems, not care for employees health, no medical insurance, not proper desk equipment and area

They do not pay salaries to their employees, ex employees as well as do not give bond amount after completing a bond and keeps cutting rs 2000 per month for 18 months. I have left organization in may 2019 but still not received my full and final settlement. Terrible HR and management team. Last but not least No job security as well as no work life balance.
