There If you want to learn and implement something new you are treated as wost employee and management will terminate your job .Because some person are sitting who have no work only involve in politics .One of wost thing is that if you not do buttering then your job is not safe here.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
