Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? I liked the timing of Mobase India Pvt Ltd. that you have to come there on time. You have to leave on time.

Dislikes

Mobase Pvt Ltd did not have any project running software. Like SAP, ERP is a must which was not here. There is an OLD VERSION ERP just to run the work, from which only a few reports can be taken. and can't do anything.
