Typical indian mnc old fashion culture still in reliance

Dislikes

Yearly compensation not getting on fixed month of the year. Company delaying every year the employee compensation and giving revised salary and benefits in diwali (sometime in month of October or November). No fixed time. Increment %of employees are even not good. Only sr management getting good hike as there salaries already in core's. Being one of the biggest refinery in India, they have world class equipment operation and maintenance standards which is followed rigorously. They prioritize safety over everything and every small world in plant is carried out follow strict SOP or SMP.

Work culture is quite toxic. The managers are quick to overburden you with responsibilities and tasks and even quicker to pin the blame in case anything goes wrong. There is always so much pressure to handle so kuch work load with less manpower. Dislikes

Horrible solar project, now TEHASIL stop their work at beed ashti location. Internal lots of CLASHES , no inter department coordination. Every One ie Project, HSE, STORE,HR Having EGO, specially delhi lady lots of arrogance. I suggest don't join reliance at least solar project in Maharashtra. Corruption is more at beed location.
