I started working as a helper in Electrical department.12hr work No holiday .even Sunday also work .if you take a leave your salary will deduct .after 1yr work your salary hike only 5-7% only .when I am join my salary is only 6000/-rs per month.

Physical work is more as compared to mental work.no work life balance because no holiday available. If you take a leave your salary will deduct.in whole year only 2day holiday available there is Biswakarma Puja & Dilwali.remain 363 day working. no facility available like no food,no Travel allowance,No PF ,No Health insurance

They have a very bad salary structure. There is no work life balance. U can have charge of day to day affairs but very rare of the special tasks as the boss wants to do all of them on his own. It's 6 day working company & sometimes they even call on Sundays. As regards late sitting, I would say on an avg, u need to spend around 60 hrs a week.
