Lumax is a automotive company who is working for all two wheeler and four wheeler OEM (i.e MSIL,HMSI,TATA,MAHINDRA,TVS,HMCL,BAJAJ ETC..) Lumax adopt latest technology of lighting in design and manufacturing. I am happy that i m part of Lumax group company. I am looking electronics division quality assurance and all of my colleagues are very corporatism and we are work happily.

Dislikes

the work pressure is very high and management not give importance to hard worker. Most of the time lumax hiring people from management reference. System not followed and work environment is very poor
