Rude HR department. Never trust seeing the infrastructure. Everyone over there are to draw money. Never ever join there. Zero respect. Zero income. Stressful environment. Show off as some militans area. Nothing is for sake of students. No equipment, no standard for study never join as staff nor as student

It's the best place to work and employees can make this place colourful ,but due to poor management it's Development is suppressed,if they could identify the potential of the candidates then branding would go easier

I worked in Dubai ,it has poor management there, what I observed is Management people are behind money not interested in institutions Development , always politics ,no job security,if they find someone working with full effort to flourish the place would be their first target to remove

Initially they start appreciating you ,but they themselve(People at Management) feel that we are making our name,so they will start pointing out our small silly mistakes which are not related to the work

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bound of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.
