You will have a great opportunity to learn many things at the same time. Work life balance is good. No one can force you to work extra hours until its your choice or task incompletion.

Dislikes

The only problem here is the employees are working here since 20-30 years so they have a different style and culture of working and also it is difficult for them to match the youngsters speed. But that will gradually change.

I am a quality executive at mmf joshi. I look into standards implementation and quality care of patients, audits amd trainings.

My overview experience was very good in Joshi Hospital.Thanks to my teachers ,my mentors Dr. Bhambure and Dr Kulkarni who gave me the opportunity to work with them , learnt alot from them.Dr Vijay Agrawal sir our Administrator, thank you for being so understanding and cooperative.I love the fact that I got the opportunity to work with this institute.
