I could just say one good thing about the office was getting to learn things which I haven't did before. That was the only thing which kept me hooked against so many odds at that office. For the sake of learning I was working at MM legal associates.

Dislikes

It's not only me but there are other employees who left and one's who shall leave in future because of so many reasons which I can't type it down here. Firstly during your interview there shall be so many promises done with regards to the pay.. because what happens is you expect something and they just directly get you down of about50% straight. During interview it is claimed that your pay shall be raised in 3 months but it's all in your dreams. Secondly the environment is too sick like it's very negative. Few employees are really good you can connect along. I too have good friends from the same place which are also out of the organisation. Timings are bad. There's no personal life once you join and the point is even after working hard and giving your best please do not ever expect appreciation. The work is never acknowledged so kindly forget the term appreciation. Too much poltics at times. When the date of your salary arrives and you expect the amount you were promised but booom!!!! The pay you receive is much lower and when you confront the boss then all he makes is doubt your own abilities.. he'll say that you don't do anything..you get so much influenced by his talks that initially you start doubting yourself but with time you realise you have been going through so much trauma of just putting yourself down everytime. So forget about the growth here. Atleast my experience was really really really bad. I was only given fake hopes and false promises to which I did fall for but later I chose to exit. In my entire career of office life I have never come across such work place. Seriously. I'm happy that I gained few things which I could learn but initially I thought of building a future with this work place but it crashed down badly. And I'm happy. Pathetic. I would advise do not fall for any fake promises made during their interview. Their recruitment is always open because they very well know for how long the employee gonna work in that office.
