Everything. Number one red flag is that they have only 6 leaves in a year. And this is your overall leaves including sick leave, casual leave, paid leave etc. Only six thats it. For every extra leave other than these 6 leaves, your salary will be deducted. Unprofessional and incompetent people are managing this office. It is the worst work place I have erver been to. Let me tell you guys an inside story. It is astounding to know that within a span of 12 months around 24 people have joined and left from this office. Some have left on their second day itself. On an average every month 2 people are leaving the organisation. Every day you'll see some or the other person coming for an interview because no employee stays beyond probation period. Some of the employees were good and I made a few friends too. I would never suggest any of my friend or relative to ever join such a work place. Timing on paper is 10 to 7:30. But you're made to wait beyond 7:30 even if you have finished your work. I regularly left around 9 from office. They deduct salary if timesheet and schedule is sent beyond their deadline of 11:30 am(I know because this happenedwith me). They don't give you any appointment letter even after working for more than a month. List of things you're not allowed to do 1. Eat fruits at your desk 2. Talk to your colleagues 3. Ask for leaves 4. Leave early 5. The firm has a good task force, who is ever ready to help. The Proprietor is dedicated to all his clients, which makes us learn the meaning of the word "Commitment".
