Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

This is the worst company I have came across. It was a biggest blunder to join this. Even if you have no job still don't join this company. Starting with interview, they will give you false promises. Once joined they expect you to work for 12 hours minimum. Somehow they manage your salary up to 75 %. They will give you false reasons for 25% salary cut related with performance. Company culture is owner based,so people who are dearer to the owner govern your presence. Once these people tell your any feedback to the owner your job is gone....Read More
