Everything, have no sense of work distribution, no sense of resolving interpersonal differences between employees, gender discrimination is high as they don't prefer female candidates, job appraisals are a joke, don't provide basic facilities from down below like transport, cafeteria, work from home

as if you have that level of brain u will one among thousand of people who started hate this few group of top and mid level positon. love japneese environment and hate indian environment.

intially they recorded footage that they are giving me training but they are not giving later i manged to learn through internet and my self skill. now if you argue they silently spoil you and leave like so that you can;t work with any other companies
