Job security is good. Even if you are performing average you won't be fired.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is also low , TA/DA is very low. You will put from your pocket during company visits. There is a contract that you can't join any competitior company after resigning from here for next 18 months. They sue you. Behavior of top management is very unprofessional.
