Mitesh Lodha is an extremely unprofessional , sexist & toxic owner. Very inhuman approach & has no understanding of his line of work. He is unclear about his goals & blames you for things which are not part of your profile to begin with. He wants you to reach on time but does not let you leave on time , deducts salary if you arrivelate but doesn’t pay overtime if work you till late. You will only dumb yourself down by working here, nothing to learn & nothing to look forward to. No one stays here for long.Avoid working here , also he cheats clients - over promises & under-delivers. Purchasing something from here is not advisable....Read More
