Dear all, I never ever recommend this college for you. I am deeply disappointed to share my negative experiences with school of business at MIT-WPU. Firstly, this is a 11th, 12th college not a university. The leadership quality is very poor. This college is creating a chaotic environment for both faculty and students. The leadershipof the university is completely ignoring the actual needs, i.e. the student- faculty ratio is very bad (7k to 8k students and the faculties less than 95). They are not encouraging research at all. This will deteriorate the personal career development. Event is mandatory here in academic hour for both student and faculty. The students are quiet good, some of the events happen there are good. Overall academic initiatives are also good.

Dislikes

High politics... I didn't got promotion even after performing well, receive awards and participate in almost every activity for straight 3 year. No appreciation at all. Very biased system. And the worst part is instead of teaching students which should be primary focus, they ask to go for event duties every month by sacrificing your Saturday as well as sundays in almost every month.

They are fraudsters They wasted my time and money I did not accept the appointment letter because of the hidden policies and quit the job after 3 days.

Dislikes

There is a big difference between the HR words, offer letter and appointment letter. There are lots of hidden policies. This place is a political adda. Marathi is a dominant culture. Think 10000000% before joining this university.

MIT-WPU is good as a university and has a lot of things to like, for example, the ambiance, the crowd, the overall culture, humble management, and mostly on-time payments. This place is really a great place to work for those who wish to continue for a longer period because just like other companies you are not threatened to be dismissed from your job. Over here at MIT-WPU, the work environment is good, and there is nothing much to complain about. There is no overloading of work for me and I have been receiving the required support from the management. Yes, at times some events make working a bit difficult. The overall management is good and very approachable.

Dislikes are common just like other companies. There is nothing like skill development. Trainings and inter-department workshops should be conducted.

There is nothing to like. MIT on roll employee get their salary on time. Outsource employee get their salary 5 to 10 days late. NO APPRAISAL for employees joining after June. NO Diwali BONUS. Yesterday received 2 chakli, 1 Laddu and 20 spoons farshan. What a shameless organisation it is Lolz 😂

a) Poor Work culture - The company has a negative work culture , making it difficult for employees to feel engaged and satisfied. b) Lack of job security - Employees experience uncertainty about their job stability , leading to increased stress and dissatisfaction. c) No employee benefits - The organization does not provide medical insurance facility outsource employees which reduce overall employee welfare and motivation. d) Internal Politics - The workplace is heavily influenced the internal politics in every department. e) Highly Micromanagement by Higher Authority. f) Authoritarian management style - Employees are often treated like subordinates , creating toxic work atmosphere. g) Delayed Appraisal System : Employees joining after "June 30th" must wait two years for an appraisal which demotivating and unfair....Read More

MIT World Peace University is one of the best universities I have encountered. Being in the teaching industry, it isn't easy to find such courteous and humble people as I do here! Everyone, right from the cleaners to the top management is incredibly polite. The ambiance here is a cherry on the top, as it is simply mesmerizing! I look forward to continuing my service here `for as long as possible.

One potential con could be student management. The security here could be stricter, making the environment more disciplined, which is important for any university. However, there aren't many significant issues here!
