Rather than telling about company ,we can talk about career in medical coding people run away if you talk about promotion , and this means no career growth , at some point of time some of the projects peope complete their work by mid day if they concentrate,but while other projects keep on working minimum of 12-15 hours during wfh putting break a side , if u ask it's getting burden they won't. It's been around 2 years of work experience in ajuba. i joined here only as a fresher who doesn't know the exact meaning of what medical billing role should be! No salary benefits. Even your score card in appraisal is around 4 they will be provide only 1k. In a fasting growing world who give this kind of less hike 😂😂 only this organization will give u! And senior managers and leaders are like people who speaks in good manner only if they want anything from you. I faced a experience where I want to quit from this organization and the hr team was sooooooooooo rude. One of the worst experience i ever get .. so if ur a fresher/senior don't spend ur effective time here coz there are organization in chennai which deserves u and ur talents for that they're paying...
