There is nothing to talk about likes at Minosha. Incompetent Management, biased decision making without knowledge and experience. There is no work security or culture you talk about. People at the helm of affairs don't no what to aim how to go about it. Just testing if some senior to them are able to find out or not. Many more such thing but keeping it short.

No vision and incompetent management. People sitting at higher positions are less experienced then they hire under them for their jobs to get done. They hold positions due to their vicinity to known persons and thus pose grave concern to the well being of the organisation. This is happening at all the key positions.
