There is nothing to talk about likes at Minosha. Incompetent Management, biased decision making without knowledge and experience. There is no work security or culture you talk about. People at the helm of affairs don't no what to aim how to go about it. Just testing if some senior to them are able to find out or not. Many more such thing but keeping it short.

Dislikes

No vision and incompetent management. People sitting at higher positions are less experienced then they hire under them for their jobs to get done. They hold positions due to their vicinity to known persons and thus pose grave concern to the well being of the organisation. This is happening at all the key positions. Nothing for skill development No vertical movement opportunities due to biased management as explained above. No job Security as their are no long term work....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
