accounts is unprofessional, incapable and inefficient. they never reply to mails, messages. Never respond how much ever mails you send. Very disturbing decorum in office due to continuous chitchat in high pitch. No scope of self career growth, learning and development

At mindseed the curriculum is Skill based. We feel every child is different and have potential which varies from other. There are no exams, no homework, parents and teachers contribute to child development. Teachers are provided refreshment training time to time. There is App which shows each childs level for each skill. This app is used by both parents and teachers.

Dislikes

I feel the compensation is low when compared with the teachers effort. Also no incentive or reward to encourage teachers, where as a lot of marketing activities disturbs teacher's action work-life balance and plan.

Work Details

I take Lkg class. I have to prepare my planner and write reflection every day. Prepare activities to be taken as per planner. No helper is provided. Arrange class and activities as per Arcs and levels of each child. Also help or take BTL activity.
