Salary and benefits. But it's of no use as the employees have to live with the fear of bad treatment from management and constant fear of firing. Metro is a plus.

Employees normally work for 11 hours+ a day including Saturday and some times Sunday. No wfh option. So you need to come to office all 7 days. I have seen a lot of people getting fired just because they are not obedient according to a manager, who is none other then Mr.Vadivel. The roles are not defined well and people are expectedto meet imaginary targets like the things that are not even communicated. Some managers look good and helpful but they are more dangerous as they communicate and follow up less but take credit for your work and doesn't support you in harsh situations. They play safe game. Hierarchy is of no use. The entire power resides with the manager who claims as dev manager. No process in the company, few people are having attitude like they are the owner of the company, no work life balance, hectic work culture, daily u will have work for 16-18 hrs, every Saturday working, no management of timelines, pramotion will get on the basis of favoritism not on your performance, forget about work life balance
