Mindgate company (HR,Staff) is really good but manager are wrost.

Dislikes

Hardwork & honestly work never get noticed by manager. Only the employee who are in manager favour are getting server access. Other employees getting Only Desktop level job. Small mindset manager are working because of that reason we leaving this organisation otherwise I reall happy with Mindgate. HR and Management should take action against small mindset manager because they're making dependency for their advantage only. They are giving knowledge that is acceptable but atlist provide access of Server. I'm dam sure if Mindgate not looking of this issue then in future Mindgate company is in trouble due to politics. I'm putting everything genuine here because I like this company but because of manager only I'm leaving this organisation....Read More
