Good company, but management holds unrealistic expectations and commits impossible deadlines

Dislikes

Holds no backbone infront of clients, agrees to absolutely anything to get a project which then falls upon footsoldiers to get it done.

I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth
