Variable components added on Salary instead of Fix. Appraisal based on performance averagely 3 to 7 %

Nothing I liked in Mindagte Solutions it’s filled with irresponsible staff, company is simply focusing whether billing from Client is happening properly or not. They are least bothered about the employees and work, very poor coordination no proper communication from the staff extremely poor management by far the worst company I have worked with.

Dislikes

There’s a huge list of dislike and I would like to rate the company as -5 stars if someone wants to spoil their carrier you should move to mindgate solutions horrible experience.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
