There is no culture than how you can expect work culture here. They will suck your each drop of blood and at the time of appraisal they will say your work is satisfactory so no increment for you. Never trust the rating of this company and so never join this circus.

No process in the company, few people are having attitude like they are the owner of the company, no work life balance, hectic work culture, daily u will have work for 16-18 hrs, every Saturday working, no management of timelines, pramotion will get on the basis of favoritism not on your performance, forget about work life balance
