Likes

Nothing for like here, because senior behavior is not good for everyone. Appraisal process is not fair. Toxic environment on office. I have worked 6 years and no career growth .

Dislikes

Late sitting mandatory at 7 PM. If not stay next day you will torcher by senior. Increment is vely low @ 8-10% yearly. Working environment is toxic even he has buy Certificate of Great Place To Work.

Work Details

No social life. No time for family if you are working late sitting.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
