Got in depth learning on reviewing various contracts and some of the colleagues were supportive.

There is micro management, some of the managers are unprofessional. Joining here is having no benefits. Salary is never on time and is mostly after 10th of every month. No such minimum benefits like insurance or medical facility is provided with the CTC. And the HR always seeks to hire such people who doesn't demand hike and usuallythey hire people with less salary.
