Unprofessional behaviour of CEO - Abhyank Srinet I have a long list of his 100 personalities, I don't know what kind of mood swings he goes through. He'll treat you according to his mood If he's in a good mood, he will approve all your work and not utter any word but God forbid if he's in a bad mood, he will even disapprove of thework he himself has approved 1 day back. How is it okay to deal with someone's dynamic nature and mood swings? He'll treat you like shit one day and will become normal like nothing happened and he didn't use abusive words last day in the meeting. I know people get angry and stuff but if a leader is behaving like this what can we expect from others in the higher level management. And let me tell you about the wonderful management at MiM essay.
