The policy of the company to rehire it's talented and hardworking work force is beneficial for both the employer and employees. Every where some people are found irritating working around you, Milkfood is not exception. Some time you are not in a position to do the thing the way you want. Job security in the private sector depends upon your worth, so you have to prove your worth always. Eight hour job culture is not in our organisation. We have to come in time but no fixed time is to leave the office. Even after working hours we are supposed to be available on phone 24x7 hrs and 365 days. Which some time irritates....Read More
