Every where some people are found irritating working around you, Milkfood is not exception. Some time you are not in a position to do the thing the way you want. Job security in the private sector depends upon your worth, so you have to prove your worth always. Eight hour job culture is not in our organisation. We have to come in time but no fixed time is to leave the office. Even after working hours we are supposed to be available on phone 24x7 hrs and 365 days. Which some time irritates....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
