I am going to celebrate my first work anniversary at Miles Education in a couple of weeks. Miles is one of the best place to grow by career and financially. Good management and Team. Its been 6 months@ Miles. Time is flying. Miles is nice place to work and grow. My managers are helpful and always motivate. We work has team , I look forward to come office daily. looking to work for many more years.

Every company has its own pros & Cons. But if the working days are reduced to 5 days it will be great. However its depend on each induvial on how they take up the job & situation and how to handle the pressure.

The good thing about Miles Education is that the top level management is easily to approach and help. Management is very clear about the roles & responsibilities of each and every employee of the company.

Training has to given little more priority. There should be sessions for balance between personal & professional life.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to manage day-to day of the entire sales & operations of the city.As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.
